（1）Rapping track

The rapping track is used for installing and supporting components of rapping rod, which shall be welded to membrane type wall or backplate. The rapping track has circular holes, which corresponds to open pores of membrane type wall or backplate.

（3）Rapping dolly

The horizontal pass of evaporator, superheater and economizer has different structure, namely, membrane wall or protection plate structure. As membrane wall and protection plate of horizontal pass are connected by expansion joint, each side needs to have two rapping dollies. See the table below for the position of rapping dollies.

（4） Walking track of rapping dolly

The raping dollies are installed on the two waking tracks, and both ends of waling tracks are equipped with travel switch, indicating the starting point and end point of rapping dolly.

（5） Positioning track of rapping point

The system sets positioning track for rapping point, and the positioning of rapping point is realized by the travel switch on the rapping dollies.

（1）振打軌道

振打軌道用于安裝和支撐振打桿組件，需要焊接在膜式壁或護板上，振打軌道上開有圓孔，對應膜式壁或護板上的開孔。

（2）振打桿組件

振打桿組件安裝在振打軌道上，一端緊貼集箱端面，另一端伸出鍋爐膜式壁或護板之外，此端是振打小車氣缸活塞的擊打部位，本系統共設置258套振打桿組件。

（3）振打小車

蒸發器、過熱器區域水平煙道以及省煤器區域水平煙道采用的結構不同，即膜式壁結構或護板結構，由于水平煙道的膜式壁結構區域與護板結構區域之間由膨脹節連接，因此每側需要布置兩個振打小車。振打小車位置見下表：
